At FutureUGC, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.

1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within [24hours] of placement, provided they haven’t been processed.

2. Refund Process

Refund requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or the payment mode provided by customer. NOTE* - Refund will be provided in online mode only like UPI/BANK TRANSFER OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT MODE.  

3. Changes to Policy 

FutureUGC reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
